【O-TRAINER】Privacy Policy

This privacy policy stipulates the policy regarding the handling of user information when a user uses the O-TRAINER (hereinafter referred to as “SOFTWARE”) that MORSON JAPAN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “COMPANY”) provides.

1. User information collected

The SOFTWARE collects the following information on the COMPANY server. Please note that it is the SOFTWARE’s policy to collect user information that does not fall under personal information, excluding email address. Therefore a user may not use as “Nickname” their full name, or characters and symbols that can personally identify them.

(1) Information provided by user

1. Email address
2. User ID (automatically assigned)
3. Nickname
4. Gender
5. Number of teeth
6. Denture position
7. Birth date
8. Address (prefecture only)
9. Training history
10. Meal record history (movies not included)

(2) Information about the device

1. Device type, model, and manufacturer
2. OS
3. IP address
4. IDFA, AAID

(3) TrueDepth, MediaPipe API Information

The SOFTWARE's “Training” and “Measurement” features use the following services to measure facial movements.

iOS version: Apple's True Depth camera function

non-iOS version (Android, etc.): Google's MediaPipe libraries

For the “Measurement” feature, the COMPANY collects quantified facial movement data (movie not included) on the COMPANY server.

(4) Cookies

The SOFTWARE uses cookies for login.

Cookies can be disabled from the browser's settings, but in that case the SOFTWARE may not work.

The following information is stored only on the user's device where the SOFTWARE is run, and is not collected on the COMPANY server.

● All movie data captured by the camera, such as in the “Measurement” and “Training” features

2. Purpose of use

User information is collected for the following purposes.

1. To authenticate user
2. To provide maintenance related to, and respond to inquiries about the SOFTWARE
3. To investigate and fix defects in the SOFTWARE
4. To improve the SOFTWARE
5. To advertise or promote the COMPANY's and third party's products, etc.
6. In addition to the above purposes, the COMPANY may provide the collected information to third parties as anonymously processed information for a fee or free of charge

3. Provision to third parties

The COMPANY may provide collected user information to a third party if any of the following applies:

1. When data to be provided cannot personally identify a user, such as anonymized face tracking information or statistical data
2. When there is user consent
3. When required to disclose or provide data based on laws and regulations

4. Retention period

The COMPANY will not retain personal information beyond the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

5. Advertisement delivery

The SOFTWARE uses the following modules for advertisement delivery.

7. Revision

The COMPANY may change this policy based on COMPANY’s discretion. However, if there is a change in the user information to be collected, the purpose of use, or provision to third parties, the COMPANY will notify the user through the SOFTWARE or the COMPANY website. In addition, the COMPANY will again obtain the user’s consent when the user starts the SOFTWARE for the first time after the policy change.
